TAKE YOUR GAME TO THE NEXT LEVEL!

This summer the Nordic eSports Academy brings you the opportunity to take part in Finland's first eSports summer school with academic accreditation, followed by a 3 day tournament featuring a prize pool of 10,000€

2017 Bootcamp

If you have ambitions to be a professional eSports player then this is the summer school for you. We're accepting applications from individuals and also existing teams who want to continue developing together. The NeSA 2017 Bootcamp will combine a series of lectures and workshops with hands-on coaching while you play. Our coaches are some of the finest experts in their fields, ready to share their experience with you for 4 weeks of intensive training. Not only will you walk away with new knowledge and improved skills, but you will also graduate with 10 ECTS credits that can be used against your higher education. Players of all eSports games are welcome at our bootcamp but this year our emphasis will be on CS:GO. Lectures and workshops will be relevant to all eSports players regardless of their game preferences, however the bootcamp leads to a 3 day CS:GO tournament so our hands-on coaching this year will be focused on helping players improve their CS:GO skills. Registration opens on Monday 3rd April and closes when we reach our capacity of 100 people. Applicants must be 16 years old or over on 12th June when the bootcamp starts.

2017 Tournament

Our first NeSA Tournament takes place in Vuokatti, temporary home to many Finnish and international professional athletes, and permanent home of the Vuokatti Ruka Sports Academy. This 3 day CS:GO Tournament with a prize pool of 10,000€ up for grabs. Do we have your attention now? Yes, that does make things very interesting! There are 2 ways to get a place at the tournament. Option 1 is to join our bootcamp and compete in the qualifiers, which will result in the best 8 teams going through to the final tournament. Option 2 is to nominate your team to receive one of 8 invitations to battle against our bootcamp teams. Nominations open on Monday 3rd April and close at the end of Friday 28th April.
